The Colony is a luxury high-rise overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Each unit faces the ocean and has a private balcony. The units are fully furnished for six people. This includes towels, linens, dishes, pots and pans, all the comforts of home. We do not furnish paper towels, or dish washing liquid. The living room has a panoramic view of the ocean and color TV with HBO. While the dining room is furnished with a lovely contemporary table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, two full baths and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. We offer a small pool overlooking the ocean on our sundeck, and saunas.
Wireless internet access is available for a small fee.
EACH UNIT COMES WITH ONLY 1 PARKING SPACE. Parking here at the beach is very limited. If you have more than one vehicle you will have to make arrangements. There is a parking lot across the street.
No pets allowed
There is a $200.00 damage deposit required at check in by credit card
only.
Check-in starts at 4:00 pm no earlier.
