The Colony is a luxury high-rise timeshare condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. All units are ocean-front views and offer a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean on a large private balcony. 

           

Each unit has two bedrooms, two full baths and they are fully furnished for six people. This includes towels, linens, dishes, pots and pans, all the comforts of home.

The living room and both bedrooms have a flat screen TV (3) with cable. The dining room is furnished with a lovely contemporary table that seats six and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two double beds. We offer a sundeck with a community grill and a pool ocean side for use during your stay.
